WEIGHT LOSS SOLUTION: THE "SPILL" THAT STICKS
Food, or energy, is necessary for the body to perform various activities and to ultimately survive. Let's use an automobile to illustrate this process. If you drive regularly, you fill the gas tank of your car with gasoline, or energy (the car's calories), so that it will operate. When you attempt to overfill your tank, or "top off" (which almost every gasoline pump urges you not to do), you spill, either all over yourself, your car, or both. The tank of the car will not take the additional fuel. It's full and has been designed to contain a specific quantity of gasoline, or liquid energy. Period. Unfortunately, unlike the car, the human body does not spill to prevent you from over-fueling. Instead, it takes in the extra fuel and stores it as body fat. In other words, the body fat is the "spill" that sticks. If you are presently overweight, it means that you have essentially over-fueled yourself. In other words, you have taken in more fuel - that is, energy or calories - than your body needs. The only way to expend that excess energy, or body fat, is to use it. In other words, use it to lose it.
